2015 West Linn Transportation System Plan Update Anticipated Changes for PC Adoption Hearing Draft City Staff Comments Emulate existing TSP format Document more existing conditions (volumes, bike and pedestrian activity, traffic operations, etc.) Document how plans/projects meet goals of comprehensive plan Prioritize sidewalks and bike lanes on one side of steep roadways.
