What is a TSP? Public Comments Public comments were received from a variety of sources, including: Three open houses Three virtual open houses s between citizens and City staff/consultants Phone calls between citizens and City staff/consultants Summaries of public comments obtained at the open houses are available. Staff also has records of additional comments received. 2015 West Linn Transportation System Plan Update Anticipated Changes for PC Adoption Hearing Draft City Staff Comments Emulate existing TSP format Document more existing conditions (volumes, bike and pedestrian activity, traffic operations, etc.) Document how plans/projects meet goals of comprehensive plan Prioritize sidewalks and bike lanes on one side of steep roadways. Identify crossings that warrant higher levels of treatment, remove basic cross-walk projects as they are more maintenance than capital projects (provide list to public works staff for consideration) Changes from Public or Planning Commission
