Unit 10 Presentation Designs Name: Bradley cogin

Scenario Mrs Miller and Mrs Craig would like to have a presentation of the College. They would like to be able to send this as a single file to parents and prospective pupils, along with feeder primary schools. They want to be able to give these people information about the college, including items such as: A welcome message, information about various departments, how the house system works, times of the day, uniform details, new buildings etc. They would like you to include text, images and appropriate multimedia elements, such as sound, animation and video. The audience should be able to choose their own navigation route through the presentation.

Purpose and Audience What is the purpose of your presentation? (what is the presentation about, what is it going to include, why is it being made, where is it going to be used?)… It is going to be used for the year 6’s, when they come to our school, also we want them to come our school not any other secondary school. Who’s the audience’s of your presentation? (ages, locations, gender, profession, what they want from the presentation?)… 9 and 10 years old to join our school, also the parents are looking at our school and we are showing how good our school is.

Navigation Plan You now need to design the navigation plan for your PowerPoint on the next slide. You can copy your chosen list of 12 slides from earlier and paste them on the next slide. Your Navigation Plan I will have transitions that will make my slides go one to the next one but exciting for the younger years. I will have to arrows with one saying previously and next and that’s a easy way to go to the slide you want to PreviousNext

Designs of Slides On the next 12 slides you should plan out how your pages are going to look using boxes. You will need to include elements such as: –Titles –Text –Images (including logos) –Navigation buttons –any Sound, Animation or Video (each one at least once in the somewhere in the PowerPoint) Be as specific and descriptive as possible with what you type in the boxes.
