Grant guidance is received US Department of Health & Human Services February/March Refer to the 5 Year Strategy Capability work sessions: 15 Capabilities = 15 Meetings KDHE staff Hospital representative (8 coinciding healthcare preparedness capabilities) Public health representative Develop goals, objectives, outcomes, outputs Draft work plans created after work sessions are completed
