Staff’s Recommended Motion That the Missoula Design Review Board approves the Site Design Package for Tina Avenue with deviations to the Development Standards, Buffering and Screening of the Multi-dwelling Residential Site Plan Standards chapter, specifically section of D.3.a(2) to allow for a trash receptacle to be located in a primary front yard setback. This approval is subject to the following condition.
Condition of Approval That the front gate of the dumpster enclosure is replaced with a gate made of the same material and style than the side walls of said enclosure.
