3 The Squadron/district Newsletters The Newsletters are the official communications for the membership. They are the glue that binds the membership together. The goal of the DPubCom is to assist editors in producing the best possible Newsletters for their Squadron or District.

4 Publications Committee With this in mind, we will list certain elements that we feel should be included in a Newsletter. This should in no way be construed to limit or dictate your Newsletter. Remember, your Newsletter should reflect what your members want, need and will be interested in.
