WHY WE DO IT  We believe that the “human” component is as important as the “technical” component  Being able to truly understand the drivers of an international workforce is important  Empowering the people in the industry can only be successful if they are properly engaged  Communicating effectively and efficiently requires dialogue  Adhering to corporate values is as important as understanding one’s individual values  People are also stand-alone entities not just “assets” ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE COMMITTEE
