Forms and rebar at the front of the building ready to pour for shear walls.
Rafters getting reinforced Dry rot and broken rafters were reinforced to carry new roofing material.
LVLs (manufactured beams) were added at the rear and front of the building.
Concrete was poured into forms at the front and rear for shear wall support.
Old front parapet wall going down Main Street for storage at River Storage. It was removed due to dry rot damage.
Rebuilding of the new parapet wall to exact dimensions of the original.
