Project Goal To contribute to capacity building in the water and health sector by: 1. promoting institutional transformation and capacity building 2. facilitating ratification of the Protocol on Water and Health, and its implementation 3. contributing to poverty eradication

Immediate Objectives To facilitate ratification and implementation of the Protocol To produce recommendations that can be realistically implemented To provide appropriate information on the ad hoc project facilitation mechanism To establish a collaborative working relationship among participating experts
