We want to get all computers setup and running properly on day 1 ◦ Perform a PC tune up on each computer ◦ If needed, install a new antivirus for the client to keep them protected You need to get the MAC address of each computer – Run the “ipconfig /all” command from command prompt to get the clients MAC address. This is unique to every computer and allows us to track which computers we work on
Work Value credit ◦ You get full credit for the service offered. If you perform a tune up, you will get $49.99 credit. If you perform a virus removal, you get $ credit ◦ You need to send an offer through for each job/computer. If a client has a 3-PC plan, and you are doing a Tune Up on each computer, you need to send through 3x PC Tune Up offers to properly get credit
Is a refund needed? ◦ Subscriptions are good for at least 6 months, even if we have to have the client go in-store / on-site, attempt to save the sale, while we can’t help today, we can in the future If a refund is needed during the first 30 days: ◦ 1) Submit a refund request to refund the setup fee and to cancel future payments If a refund is needed after 30 days: ◦ We will not provide any refund except for that months $19.99 charge. Again, recommend the client keep the plan as the long term benefits are large
