 The Strategy for Support to the Development of NGOs – adopted on 5 September 2012:  Creation of a Civil Society Development Council;  3 priorities – working partnership; financial sustainability and active citizens.  Vision for a new funding mechanism - still no money from the state budget  Planning for the next EU cycle

 People do not trust NGOs  NGOs can hardly influence decision-making  NGOs face serious financial problems  Follow the mission or follow the money?  People moving to the administration or the business
