Presentation Title October 2015 Exhibitor Happy Hour Going to take place Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 4:30pm to 6pm Food during event to be evaluated by Ambroziak & Muse Drink tickets distribution Last year ~200 were leftover after event This year distribution –2 per exhibition booth (180 booths x 2 = 360 tickets) –1 per person for first 200 people that enter event $1,000 from drink ticket money to be used for happy hour raffle –5ea. x $200 prizes –Those that enter exhibitor hall during happy hour are entered in raffle –5 prizes raffled off during event 5pm, 5:15, 5:30, 5:45, 6pm) –Once name is drawn for a prize, it is removed from raffle
