 South Hutchinson is a small community in Reno county, the total population of the trade area is 14,613.  In 2012 a Grocery Store Feasibility Study was done.

 Assessing the FPC using the PARTNER Tool to identify gaps or needed resources.  Reassessing using the PARTNER Tool at the end of the grant year.

 Based on the PARTNER Tool assessment a comprehensive strategic plan will be developed.  Activities for Spring 2015 may include a farmers’ market and community gardens.
