Subtraction Week 12

Lesson 1 LO: to count forwards to 20 and backwards to 0. Starter: Get ready to blast off!!!! Look at the board to help you! 0,1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 BLAST OFF. And let’s go back to earth. 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0.

Lesson 5: to subtract two numbers and record the answer. Subtraction bingo. Take out your whiteboards. Split your board into 6 squares like you can see here. Next, write a number in each box. The number should be between 0-20. Listen to your teacher as she calls out a subtraction problem. If you have the answer, you may cross it out on your board.

Your task Colour by numbers. Be careful! Subtract the numbers first. Use your number line and 100 square to help you. Then colour in using the correct colour. When you have finished, design your own colour by numbers picture!
