Benefits provided by the city of Pirot Investors are exempted during construction in zone: fees for development of city building land fees and costs of local gowerment fees for using city construction land connections to the local water and sewer infrastructure urban conditions and approvals

Benefits provided by the city of Pirot For the operation of facilities users are exempt from the 5 years: local utility taxes fees for the city construction land 50% of the cost of municipal communal services (e.g. waste collection).

Projects realized in Installation of traffic lights at the cross road in Barje district in Pirot, -Arrangement of mini-polygon for training children on traffic rules Projects during 2013: -equipping of primary and secondary schools with computer equipment, furniture and teaching aids, -funding of bilingual classes in Pirot Gymnasium -cooperation with the city hospital (training, education, equipment...) In the period , in collaboration with the Municipality of Pirot, will continue further work on similar projects: -signs, sidewalks and landscaping the area around the school, bicycle paths, -education of children in relation to traffic safety, -medical equipment Contribution to Municipality Pirot
