What we do The Adult Care and Support directorate provides support and advice to people with care needs and their carers in Cornwall We work closely with health colleagues and the voluntary sector striving to ensure that people are supported to achieve the best quality of life they can and play a full and active role in their communities Our staff are passionate and committed professionals who put people at the heart of what they do

Our vision for Adult Care and Support By 2014 people are supported to live independently, they have real choice in the support they receive and maximum control over the way they live their lives. Everyone is treated fairly and with dignity and respect

Putting People First Changing Lives Changing Lives aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people in Cornwall by creating a society that encourages mutual aid, with communities taking control and responsibility, and celebrating diversity
