In Albemarle County, we strive to be a high performance organization... What does that mean?

High Performance Model Customer Process Mgmt Data & Analysis Strategic Plan Leadership HR Dev & Mgmt Organizational Results

We ask the questions : Do we ____? Know, understand, and focus on our customer’s needs? Strive to provide superior customer service, internal and external? Have an articulated strategic plan to meet or exceed those needs? Have a shared set of values, vision, and purpose? Have measures and feedback mechanisms in place to measure our outcomes and progress? Think about the immediate and long term impact of our decisions and actions? Practice shared decision making, open communication flow, and consultative/ participatory leadership? Have the skills and tools to analyze and solve problems? Hold ourselves and others accountable for our commitments? Make decisions based on data and feedback? Seek and implement ways to empower individuals and teams? Continually learn, think, change, and renew (continuous learning & improvement)? If yes, then how?

We wish to be a high performing organization through superior customer service…as a result, we promise to  Communicate honestly and openly  Be courteous, respectful and fair  Be responsive to your needs  Provide you with the best services

Give em the PICKLE!

Again…Welcome… We’re glad you are here.
