1 Document – Out Bound Chit (OBC) Current: 1.Delivery Material section has confused MMD staffs to fill in due to some fields were repeated double inside the form. 2.Staffs confused with the term of cart rack with metal box, cart rack ATRG, cart rack GTN & GRN. 3.The slip numbers and details of GRN/GTN were not all the used utilized on each lorry, since not all the time store shall send GRN/GTN through/to DC. Therefore, waste of space. 4.Cart rack report shall be hair wire whenever store received customers trolley, but returned empty cart rack as inside OBC no specific item for customer trolley. New: 1.Simpler section of Delivery Material section. Separated by type, example, cart rack, metal box, pallet & customer trolley. 2.Staff only need to write the physical quantity of each item. No need any calculation. 3.If have any GRN/GTN, then only store need to attach the slip number summary attachment to the OBC. 4.Include the customer trolley inside the OBC form. 5.Include the checklist of the documents to bring by driver.
