Currently 3 sessions per calendar year (January, May, September) Organized by working group IEEE /15/18/19/22 and sponsored by a host Voting rights can be earned by participation in 2 of the last 4 consecutive plenary sessions or 1 plenary and 1 interim. –When you reach “Nearly Voter” status, you must submit a letter of intent requesting voting rights to the WG Chair and coping the WG Vice-Chair by 14 days prior to the next plenary session to be granted voting rights at that next session.
