Introduction Countywide Obesity Prevention and Weight Management Programme funded by Nottinghamshire County Council NICE compliant and multi-component programme Aim: To empower communities, families and individuals to adopt healthier behaviours

Nationally recognised status Ideas and resources for healthy lifestyle education in early years settings. Two hour free training course plus Busy Feet toolkit per setting. Tailored Health Coach Support Tier 1 - Busy Feet Explorers

Promotion/partnership working for brief interventions. Key focus on physical activity, active play and healthy eating. Prevention and early intervention. Tier 1 - Busy Feet Explorers

Busy Feet Training 2 hour training session Short introductory presentation, interactive demonstration, exploring the toolkit.

Implement Busy Feet Busy Feet Evaluation Healthy lifestyle questionnaire to be completed by parents/careers at week 0 and 12 Evaluation form to be completed by practitioners at 6 and 12 months post training

Tier 1- Workplace Health Countywide workplace health scheme funded by Nottinghamshire County Council Substantial evidence suggests a happy and healthy workforce is a productive one Benefits include: corporate leisure centre membership, free health resources and support, free training (RSPH, BI and MI)
