 Interaction between 1 CEO and 12 AIESEC Alumni  Over a sandwich lunch hosted by the CEO in his/her corporate home  Substantive conversations about leadership What is Global Leadership Roundtable (GLR)?

 Identify key leadership competencies for global success and the challenges to demonstrate these consistently and sustainably  Gather insights to help build the AIESEC Alumni organization’s global leadership competency model What are the objectives of GLR?

 GLOBAL  Get global ideas to operate in a global environment  Gain access to a global network of top 100 corporations  Grow know-how on the global economy  Transcend industry and country boundaries What’s in it for you?

 Leadership  Learn key leadership competencies from CEOs  Establish how to apply it  Leverage on best practices on leadership experience  Leave with added inspiration and influence  Roundtable  Enjoy close and intimate interaction with the CEOs  Directly exchange ideas with the CEOs  Enrich peer learning and inter-industry collaboration What’s in it for you?

 Participants give 1 minute personal introductions  CEO presents for minutes  Question and Answer convenes and runs for 1 to 1 ½ hours  Facilitator moderates the discussion  Attendees fill up an evaluation form How does it work?

 Read about the CEO and his company  Be there on time, at least, 1 hour before the session begins  Ask questions; focus on leadership What is the role of the participants?

 GLR Organizing Committee (OC) posts confirmed CEO-speaker, date/time and venue at the GLR page and AIESEC Alumni Philippines page  AIESEC Alumni signifies interest through the GLR within a given  Attach picture and resume  The 12 participants are selected on a random basis. Rules and Mechanics

 Confirmed participants collectively receive reminders about the event and any preparations needed for the event.  Confirmed participants prepare questions on leadership before the GLR session and the same to the GLR Team Rules and Mechanics

 Confirmed participants who withdraw less than a week before the GLR date shall pay a fine of P1,  Participants who confirmed but did not show up shall pay a flake fee of P2,  Participants who arrive after “call time” shall pay a late fee of P  Whoever fails to comply and pay the fees shall be prohibited to participate in the next GLR sessions until the account is settled.
