4th European Alcohol Policy Conference WHY IS SLOVENIA NOT GETTING TO GRIPS WITH ALCOHOL? limited capacity: in research, monitoring and evaluation, civil society initiatives and financial and human resources. alcohol an ordinary commodity: no comprehensive strategy or action, limited political will to act and underdeveloped intersectorial cooperation. society not mobilized for action: no forum to exchange good practice and information and to enhance cooperation between partners
