+ Prevention Wash hands with soap and warm water Bacteria are very picky about growing temperature Vaccines Not a cure- only a prevention Keep a healthy immune system Avoid people who are sick

+ Treatments Antibiotics- kill bacteria and some protozoans Anti-virals- stop the spread of a virus Let the immune system flush it out
