2015 Flood Fight “Public Safety through Partnering” Carrollton Gauge Over 11 ft Mid-March until Mid-August (break in May) Over 15 ft for about 3 weeks July-August 141 days of flood fighting Activated EOC to daily operations in Phase I and 24 hour operations in Phase II. MVN coordinated inspections along the MR&T system with levee districts. Implemented high river requirements on permitted sites in coordination with levee districts, permit holders, & USACE construction contractors. 10,940 total USACE man hours. Additional Information Record stages reached at Carrollton from 22-Jul to 12-Aug. 330 Inspection points total 141 seepage areas 32 sand boils
