Origin Rope jumping is one of the Chinese cultural activities. It first appeared in the history of China about 1,300 years ago. Rope jumping has passed down from the Tang Dynasty to the present.

Benefits & Guidelines It can improve body coordination, and avoid the knee injury which may occur during running.knee Warm up for 5 to 10 minutes, and then stretch gently before jumping. Jump on a floor surface that is even and thus limits friction. Try not to jump high and land hard.

Relax your shoulders and turn the rope with wrists. Have patience. Start slow, and increase slowly.

The end Thank you!
