CASTILLA Y LEÓN

Matarrosa is located in a valley between mountains covered by chestnut trees, oak trees and holm oak trees watered by the river Sil.

Matarrosa is known by its mining activity, but we have discovered something as important as it: ITS TREES.

Autumn has arrived…

WE DID SOME RESEARCH: some books… Reading

Searching the internet…

WE HAD FUN: Painting some trunks and branches…

Decorating our trees with leaves, fruits and animals…

We explored ‘El Souto’:

WE LEARNED LOTS OF INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT: CHESTNUT TREES’ TRUNKS

CHESTNUT TREES DELIGHTED

OAK TREES

HOLM OAK TREES

WE DISCOVERED WHO LIVES IN OUR TREES:

WE ALSO PLAYED IN ‘EL SOUTO’:

WE ENJOYED WALKING THROUGH THE FOREST AMONG HOLM OAK TREES:
