Good Homes Alliance The Good Homes Alliance (GHA) is a member led, community interest company made up of housing developers, building professionals and other industry supporters. Our aim is to close the gap between aspiration and reality by showing how to define, build and monitor good homes; sustainable in the broadest sense.

GHA approach Build –work with and support our Developer Members to deliver more sustainable homes. Educate – we organise events and provide a supportive environment for the exchange of knowledge and experience Research – we work with leading academics and practitioners to further understand and explore the issues of sustainable construction and communities Lobby – we engage with Government, agencies and landowners to promote more sustainable housebuilding Promote – we promote our members and our vision of sustainable homes to the media and the general public
