“The game is equalized” Synergetic mechanism of the effects of anthrax and dental microbial plaque fragments at the design (fashion) of bio-weapons and/or cancer treatment By Antonio Schütz “Is not necessary to contaminate all an island to proof this mechanism!” (TN2/2482533) “The game is equalized”

Synergetic effect of Anthrax toxin and dental microbial plaque fragments (general mechanism) Increases the secretion and synthesis Improves the formulation of anthrax (aerosol of free radicals Mustard gas Dental plaque chemoatracts macrophages Free Radicals: NO∙, O2- HOCL∙ RHNCL∙ and particularly paste powder – dry paste) Increases of the synthesis and secretion of cytokines production by macrophages Increases the effects of LF Increases the effects of EF Increases spores germination to become vegetative cells within macrophages Impairs phagocytosis in macrophages Increase of macrophages phagocytose and lyse endospores Cancer Treatments Oncogenic proteins (Ras) activate MAPKs Expression of matrix metalloproteases Apoptosis induction Enzime NADPH oxidase iNOS, MPO “Trojan horse” Septicemia Necrosis Apoptosis Monocytes Decreased lymphocytes function [RANTES] LPS Mustard gas LPS Mustard gas Chemokynes (MIP, IP-10, MCP-1) IL-6 [IL-8] [cytokines and growth factors vase-actives] Hypothension

Synergistic effect of Anthrax toxin and dental microbial plaque fragments The anthrax bacteria produce the anthrax toxin components— protective antigen, edema factor, and lethal factor. Protective antigen (PA) binds to the anthrax toxin receptor (ATR) on cell surfaces and forms a protein-receptor complex that binds lethal factor (LF) and edema factor (EF). The toxins enter the cell and kill it. Most anthrax fatalities are caused by the irreversible effects of the anthrax toxins on cells and tissues. Apoptosis: LF (anthrax) and LPS (dental plaque) induce apoptosis via activation TLR Septic Shock Acidogenic dental bacteria Increase the effects of PA

Gram-negatives of dental plaque Endotoxins of Gran-negatives from dental microbial plaque increase the synthesis and secretion of tumour necrosis factor IL-1, NO, [PGs] as well as their effects (death, apoptosis, edema) induced by anthrax toxin. Endotoxin of Gram-negatives of dental plaque TNF-α, IL-β [PGs], ON increasing death, apoptosis and edema]

Synergetic activation of NOS Indomethacin [PGs] Interation with β-glucan [TNF-α, IL-1] Immunesuppression LPS Anthrax Dental plaque [ET-1] Death Septicemia Actives EF Methotrexate [folate] Mustard gas Ulceration of gastroinstestinal mucosa Nephrotoxicity Free radicals Apoptosis cells Increase the effect of EF Oxidation of thiois Lipid peroxidation Edema

Synergistic activation of NOS increase the production of GMPc Indomethacin [PGs] LPS [PGs] Death

ABthrax specifically recognizes and neutralizes protective Evasion of complement and immune response by structural components ( polysaccharides, sialic acid, hyaluronic, LPS) and products of synthesis and secretion of microorganisms of the dental plaque (factor H, proteases, coagulases, A and M proteins, soluble antingen), such as stafilococcus, streptococcus able to block the production of ABthrax antibodies (vaccination) ABthrax specifically recognizes and neutralizes protective antigen (PA). By neutralizing PA, ABthrax effectively blocks the binding of PA to cell surfaces and prevents the anthrax toxins from entering and killing the cell.

Chemical components that increase immune-suppressor and/or citotoxic effects Chemical substances with structure similar to Indomethacin and Methotrexate. Triazole pesticides - Inhibition of biosynthesis of steroids - Low toxicity - Ineffective against spores - Peak in 14 days (at plants) - Variable product formulation: dry and liquid flowables, wettable powders and emulsifiable concentrates Mustard Gas

“The smart bomb” Nanocells: - A new nanoparticle drug-delivery system that makes it possible to combine drugs (anthrax, dental plaque and heterocyclic chemical) with different mechanisms of action in the same particle, and to design their temporal release with objective of obtaining the synergetic effect. - Is possible to rise the effects of anthrax toxins with simple addiction of cytokines (IL-1, TNF…), chemocynes (MIP, IP-10, MCP-1...) and growth factors ( ERGF…), LPS at concentration greater than 100 ng/mL, ON, PGs etc… - In my experience with dental plaque (100 mG/mL) has its toxicity increased at the short time by indomethacin and methotrexate, possibly the same occur with chemical with similar structure.

Conclusion As at the construction of a dress, the first phase is the design. The second is the selection of the color and texture of the tissue (laboratorial and clinical tests) that will be used in its construction; the third, the construction by competent dressmakers. So, the idea of the design is presented. Now, desire that the colleagues test it and elaborate the final product. If a dress originally draw for a fest is modified and used at a married, is secondary. For the designer what really import is the design of the idea. Desire this fashion may be useful for you and particularly to that (TN2/2482533) incited me the idea of this design. Thank you very much.
