If we really believed in a literal, physical hell, wouldn’t our lives be very different?

…do NOT believe in an actual place called 35% of Baptist 54% of Presbyterians 58% of Methodists 60% of Episcopalians …do NOT believe in an actual place called HELL

The English word for “HELL” appears 54 times in the Word of God. Jesus spoke of Hell eleven (11) times for every time He mentioned Heaven.

Some “Terrorible” things:

Eternal Association With The Wicked “But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars - they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8)

Eternal Separation from all who know God “There will be weeping there, and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves thrown out. (Luke 13:28)

Eternal Darkness (see Exodus 10:21-23) But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” (Matthew 8:12) Eternal Darkness (see Exodus 10:21-23)

Unspeakable Sorrow …there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. (Matthew 13:42, Luke 13:28)

Fire that never Goes out ‘the worms that eat them do not die, and the fire is not quenched.’ (Mark 9:44 & 48)

Bitter Memory & Remorse

Conclusion: What you do impacts others. Jesus thought Hell was real. Nothing in life is worth going to Hell for. There’s gospel, (good news)!

There’s always good news until there’s not any.
