GFATM treatment and procurement implementation 1. International HIV/AIDS Alliance (NGO) is a sole Principal Recipient since March Phase 1 ended on 30 th of Sept Phase 2: October 1, 2005 – September 30, 2008

Background  At the moment of GFATM program start there were three small HIV treatment & procurement programs: MoH (137 pts) MoH (137 pts) MSF (147) MSF (147) BMS (35) BMS (35)
