MWA Spring Workshop May 2014 First Public Report Reporting requirements: the amount of each type of waste in the definition of Selected Household Hazardous Wastes by weight by Participating Municipality that is collected, reused, recycled, and disposed of; by weight and by unit the number of collection events by type (e.g., municipal depots, special events, Toxic Taxi), including relevant Participating Municipalities, dates, locations and hours of operation; the total costs by Participating Municipality related to the management of the Selected Household Hazardous Wastes that are reimbursed by the Program
