According to Nutrition Data and your analysis, name what’s non beneficial about each food. Which of the two foods would you consider healthier and why?

 Chili Cheese Hot Dog w/ Bun  509 Calories  Turkey Stacked Sandwich  463 calories

 Chili Cheese Hot Dog w/ Bun  Carbohydrates- 20%  Protein- 16%  Fats- 64%  Turkey Stacked Sandwich  Carbohydrates- 39%  Protein- 22%  Fats- 39%

 The Chili Cheese Hot Dog w/Bun supplies the most long term energy because it has more fat.  The turkey Stacked Sandwich supplies the most immediate energy because it has more carbohydrates

 Chili Cheese Hot Dog w/ Bun has 30% calcium (for healthy bones and teeth) and 14% iron (for energy production and to prevent anemia)  The Turkey Stacked Sandwich has 15% calcium (for healthy bones and teeth) and 15% iron (for energy production and to prevent anemia)

 The Chili Cheese Hot Dog w/ Bun is high in sodium (which may lead to high blood pressure) and saturated fat (which may lead to clogged arteries)  The Turkey Stacked Sandwich is high in Sodium (which may lead to high blood pressure)

 The Turkey Stacked Sandwich is healthier because it has less calories (which will not contribute to excess weight gain) and is not as high in saturated fat (less likely to clog your arteries) as the Chili Cheese Hot Dog w/ bun.

 It is said that Black Eyed Peas if they are eaten on New Year’s Day, they bring good luck.
