What do Netflix offer consumers that their competitors don’t, and vice-versa? What market segments are likely to grow most quickly? What do these emerging market segments want?

What should Netflix do from an MIS perspective? What IT capabilities do Netflix have that they are not currently using? What emerging IT capabilities might be relevant to the film and TV consumption market in the future? What useful IT capabilities are Netflix missing (but not competitors)? Who is Netflix’s biggest competitor going forward, and what should Netflix do to continue their domination of the market? What would you do if you were introducing a company in this space?
