Major General Eldon P. Regua assumed the duties as the Commanding General of the 75 th Battle Command Training Division headquartered in Houston, TX on 10 August Prior to this, he served as the Commanding General for the 104 th Division (Institutional Training) located at Vancouver Barracks, Washington for just under a year. Additionally, MG Regua served as both the Assistant Division Commander (Operations) and the Chief of Staff of the 104 th Division. MG Regua was born the fourth of seven children in San Jose, California, where he currently resides. MG Regua was commissioned Air Defense through the ROTC program at Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, CA, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree in Accounting. He also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Chapman University and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the US Army War College. Prior to joining the 104 th Division (IT) in July 2003, MG Regua was the Assistant Chief of Staff, G3 (Operations and Training), 91 st Division (Training Support) headquartered at Camp Parks, Dublin, California, where he was mobilized the first half of 2003 in support in Operation Noble Eagle. Upon receiving his commission, MG Regua served on active duty as an assault fire platoon leader, tactical control officer, and executive officer for Battery A, 2 nd Battalion, 2 nd Air Defense Artillery (Hawk) in Giessen, Germany. While in Giessen, MG Regua was a qualified Allied Air Forces, Central Europe (AAFCE) Battery Control Evaluator where he evaluated the readiness of Dutch, German and other US Army Hawk units. He also served as an Operations Research System Analyst at the US Army Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. MG Regua has held positions of increased responsibility in the Army Reserve to include; Company Commander, Battalion Operations Officer, Battalion Executive Officer, Division Training and Operations Officer, Team Chief of a Field Artillery Observer/Controller Training section, Battalion Commander in 91 st Division (Exercise), Garrison Support Unit (GSU) Commander in the 63 rd Regional Readiness Command, and Assistant Chief of Staff, G1, 91 st Division (TS). MG Regua’s military education includes the Airborne School, Air Defense Basic and Advanced Courses, Hawk Officer Qualification Course, NBC Defense Course, Observer/Controller Course, Senior Transportation Officer Qualification Course, Garrison and Battalion/Brigade Pre-Command Courses, the Army Command and General Staff College, the Army War College and CAPSTONE. His decorations include the Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal with a silver oak leaf cluster, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal and Parachutist Badge. MG Regua is also a member of the Army Reserve Forces Policy Committee. He is married to the former Cirella Teresa Carey and has four adult children; Daniel, Jason, Sarah, and Ronnie. Maj. Gen.
