The GAME Plan Set Goals Take Action to meet those goals Monitor progress toward achieving goals Evaluate whether the goals were achieved and Extend your learning to new situations.

Self Directed Learning Self-directed learning – any increase in knowledge, skill, accomplishment, or personal development that an individual selects and brings about by his or her own efforts. Metacognitive – applying strategies to regulate and oversee their learning

The GAME Plan for Learning About Technology Self-assess technology skills and set goals Use resources such as ISTE standards and NETS-T Develop and Action Plan Think about the skills you already have, then research how you can learn more. Monitoring and Evaluation Your Professional Growth Reflect on your GAME plan and make sure you are progressing
