AOP 2014 Review of the Success Factor Learning and Innovation Goal:  To address challenges in the success factor Main questions addressed:  Was learning and innovation adequately built into the change processes?  At which level did learning and innovation take place?  Did ProGED contribute to knowledge management of partners and GIZ?  Has learning been used as input to M+E and vice versa?  How has monitoring and evaluation outputs been used for knowledge management and public relations?

Results of the presentation and discussion:  In all LOI learning and knowledge management was an integral part of the interventions  Capacity development efforts were wide ranging, taking place for stakeholders at all levels (individuals, organizations, networks and the policy field) as well as for GIZ ProGED team memberswide ranging  2014 should see a major capacity development drive in ProGED, details have to be identified – Pilot GED Training and Learning Visits  Innovation could become a focus of the future, especially when it comes to green innovations in the value chains Innovation AOP 2014 Review of the Success Factor Learning and Innovation
