AGENDA – DIGITAL COMPUTER 1B MARCH 27, TUESDAY  AP Lesson 4 – Customizing Options  CW #4: ET Manual 2 (Step 4.6)  Refer to slides 3-6 for changes in the steps.  Reminders: o your work before the period ends. o Delete it from the document folder. o Empty the recycle bin.

OBJECTIVES:  Customize a color scheme.  Modify the slide background.  Create custom slide masters.  Create a custom show.  Customize toolbars.  Customize animation options.

Step-by-Step a.Click the title text box. b.Click Add Effect. For entrance effect, choose Fly in. Click OK. c.In the Custom Animation window, click the Start box, then choose On click d.In the Direction box, choose From Right.

Step-by-Step e. In the Speed box choose Fast. f. Double-click Title 1. Click Effect tab, if necessary. g. Click Animate text then choose By word. Click OK h. Click Play to preview your animation.

Step-by-Step i. Animate the other two text boxes. Apply effect, timing as desired. j. Click the speaker picture on the upper right of the slide. Apply animation as desired. k. Click play to preview animation.

Step-by-Step a. Select Appear as the Entrance effect. Do the rest of the steps. All slides must have animations that include entrance, emphasis, exit, timing, sound, etc.
