Improving Local Alcohol Interventions ‘providing online resources and learning for commissioners, planners and practitioners working to reduce alcohol-related harm’ DH commissioned and launched in November 2008 part of the Alcohol Improvement Programme (AIP) - working with local partners feedback = development
