Why is democracy important?

Where is there democracy at Romsey School? Student Leadership Groups 2015/2016 Student Leadership Forum Chaired by Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy and Deputy Head Girl and the Senior prefects. All KS3 and KS4 student leaders attend meetings as required. Student Leaders feedback to ESL, EHT/HT and whole staff when necessary. KS3 Leader Team Made up of a leader from each tutor group. This leader will help gather feedback from their peers to help set agendas for meetings which will be every half term. KS3 leaders will be given the opportunity to lead on projects and create working groups. Report to ESL. KS4 Leader Team Made up of a leader from each tutor group. This leader will help gather feedback from their peers to help set agendas for meetings which will be every half term. KS4 leaders will be given the opportunity to lead on projects and create working groups. Report to ESL.
