What Is it? U.S. Coast Guard awarded contract to TRG to provide an Incident Management Software System (IMSS) TRG will provide this service through our “Web IAP” software Provides a suite of Emergency Response Software and Services from Plans to actual Response Support
What’s Included? Web IAP Software Web-based Preload Forms and Templates WRRL and GRPs Area Command Module Direct interface to Common Operating Picture Mobile device functionality Provides real-time Situation Awareness to higher ups Jetty Software for Crisis Communications (next gen. PIER) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) in place for 24x7 personnel support
Purpose An “all Coast Guard” message (ALCOAST) was released in July outlining the implementation and purpose of IMSS Key Components: Support incident action planning during all hazards/all threats incidents Support all functional areas of Coast Guard Incident Management, IAP development, and incident preparedness activities

Training and Use TRG will provide individual unit training and initial software setup at each unit The IMSS will have full operating capability (FOC) for the entire Coast Guard by Hurricane Season 2016. CG HQ is developing an IMSS job aid that will be available prior to the conclusion of the initial training period
