Outsourcing

Effective cost saving strategy. Employed by numerous firms around the world.

Multiple factors involved in outsourcing jobs to countries like India and China #this is where you explain the factors and show the difference between the costs from the picture.

Outsourcing is a boon for developing countries but domestic worker’s worst nightmare.

Gaining balance  The government can implement policies that set a limit to the amount of jobs that can be outsourced. This will ensure that firms do not lose a significant amount of profits while maintaining a respectable amount of jobs available for the domestic workers.
