1) Overview of the system architecture 835k 688k  IOM

2) Revised questionnaire 835k 688k Revision process recap:  Lessons learnt workshop following floods in 2014  Technical working group established (& activity plan)  Inter-cluster revision of the questionnaire in early 2015  Facilitated through the ICCT with inputs from Clusters, Agencies, HRT-OCTs, ANDMA and ERM consortium  Content of the questionnaire revised and endorsed  Questionnaire form reconstructed (simplified & coded), and endorsed by ICCT  Questionnaire translated into Dari and Pashto

2) Revised questionnaire 835k 688k

2) Revised guidelines 835k 688k  Introduction and general guidance on the process  A single page quick reference card  References to IASC guidelines and other resources  Detailed technical guidance on each question: −General instruction, definitions & observations  Living document for the next 6 months, then translated  Final draft still pending, awaiting some sector inputs  Still opportunity for some selective feedback (volunteers)

2) Revised guidelines 835k 688k Example:

3) The KoBo RAF Tool 835k 688k KoBo Toolbox platform:  Developed by the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative in coordination with OCHA and IRC (based on ODK)  Set of tools for data collection (and analysis)  Offers both mobile data collection (Android device) and web-form interface for online data entry (using Enketo)  Aggregates collected data and enables the management, visualization, analysis and export of stored data  Deployment of the KoBo RAF Tool −Managed by OCHA −Induction of users, who will be trained and registered

3) The KoBo RAF Tool 835k 688k Functionality of the KoBo form:  Uses an Android application called KoBo Collect −Also works on iOS, but with limited functionality  Works offline (uploads when connectivity is re-established)  KoBo offers complex skip logic, but not used for the RAF  Comprises validation logic (gentle balance)  Includes hints for specific questions to guide users Demonstration: 1)RAF form in KoBo Collect 2)Enketo web form (data entry for paper RAF forms) 3)KoBo Toolbox mapping application

4) Discussion on the planned roll-out 835k 688k  IOM
