Title X-McKinney-Vento Act Education for Homeless Children and Youth On average, over 400 students per school year meet the federal definition of “Homeless.” Tami Morelock is Hamblen County’s Homeless Liaison. Grant provides school supplies, personal hygiene items and transportation to original school.
