Hot Topics How do I: – Recruit employees? Team up with local high schools, vocational rehabilitation, and local developmental disabilities service providers – Work with job coaches? Job coaches provide one-one-one training, you can work with them to help describe and analyze the work you need to be done, share ideas about training, and offer feedback on performance. – Troubleshoot? There are lots of resources available! You can work with the job coach, adjust roles and responsibilities, set expectations of co-workers, and make small accommodations that make a big difference.
