Background Why: High dual burden of disease What: Increase access to HCT, early detection of TB, access to care How:Community non-medical HCT sites

Results/Conclusions for HIV clients accessed, 47% males, 95% tested 9% positive screening test (8% outreach, 15% site) Outreach accesses “well” population Outreach challenge: access to care

Results/Conclusions for TB 100% clients had symptom screen for TB 11% symptomatic (10% outreach, 17% sites) 142 clients early TB diagnosis, treatment
