Dream job My dream job is to be an football commentator on radio and then make the step up to the bigger companies like Sky sports and other big football stations.

How will I achieve my job? I will finish Level 3 media first year Then will finish Level 3 media second year And then will move on to a specialist sports journalist. And then hope to get an job/apprenticeship at a local radio station to get experience in the field and hopefully move up to the big stage with companies like Sky sports.

Salary Starting salary- £112,500 Senior position-£174,000 This is the salary that I will be receiving if I get my dream job, these are the current salaries but they could go up or go down in a few years time when I will getting in to the industry

What is required to get my job? I need at least a merit on my Level 3 media first year to progress to the next. I need at least a merit on my Level 3 second year to move on to university. The educational requirements vary from a high school diploma for public address announcers to a bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, broadcasting or a related field for television and radio announcers. On-the-job training is often provided for announcers as well.
