From controlled economy to free market and back  1920 – Labor parties collaborate and create the HISTADRUT – General Federation of Jewish Worker  1924 – Forth Aliyah began. Free enterprising seems the best way to build the National Home.  – Economic crisis, unemployment and emigration.  Recovering from the crisis with National funds and controlled development.
