The Extranet is protected by SSL encryption and uses Verisign Certificates The Extranet synchronizes data with Infinium and Friedman to provide secure internal applications and routings for Mestek.

Home Page The Home Page of the Extranet provides the user their personal to do list, shows them their recent activity, user information and latest news and bulletins. Business Unit Dashboard gives managers a snapshot of Sales and credit information

Performance Review The performance review application allows reviews to be completed in a timely fashion with manager routings that are administrated by human resources.

Workers Compensation Claim Form tracks claim from start to finish and provides all required reports.

Project Manager Project Manager has many applications as it allows users to upload files, organize and share them. Permissions allow these projects to be shared across business units as well as outside vendors and customers. Projects can be setup by business units and departments. These help to manage resources and ensure all members have all information pertaining to that project. Access can be granted to vendors and customers for online collaboration and RFQs

Engineering Log The Engineering Log is used extensively by Sterling Commercial Finned-Tube. They use it primarily for specials to record every piece of information engineering had to do on that job. With this application they can easily track progress and recall similar jobs when new specials arrive. Detailed logs allow engineering to store all information about the job including: Sales, rep, Order #, Associated product line, category and engineers working on job Administration allows engineering to easily share information with sales and recall drawings and jobs

Master Literature The master Literature application allows advertising to set layout and preferences and upload source, for view and print quality files. With master literature order, users (based on permissions) can order from this master literature list.

Time Sheets Shared Mestek resources are required to do weekly project based time reporting. Users enter hours worked on projects. Projects are allocated to products they effect and are administrated by managers and confirmed by the controllers.

Expense Report Employee enters traveler expense which get routed to their manager and accounts payable.

Credits & RMA Credits and RMAs work in addition to Friedman to add additional product information, routings for approvals and inspections.

Administration Users on the Extranet are granted rights/privileges based upon their log in. The users are synchronized daily with Infinium to insure up to date employee information and security.
