4 VISION n The vision of any organization are its dreams and aspirations n The vision encompasses its hopes and its core ideology n The vision is a broad, philosophical statement that captures the essence of the organization

5 A POWERFUL VISION… n Is forward looking, inspiring, and lofty n Is vivid and clear n Allows for changes in the environment n Does not state the obvious n Is an extension of the core beliefs of the members
