How to Submit a Claim - Step One From left menu - “Enter a Claim” All information is based upon the End User Invoice Purchaser Information is the Partner’s Customer All fields marked by an asterisk are required Participants have 30 days from invoice date to submit their claims
How to Submit a Claim - Step Two Add product information Click the “Add Line” button to add multiple products and before confirming Be sure to click the “Confirm Your Claim Submission” button once done or the claim will not be approved SKU’s may appear that are not in the program for a given quarter – please refer to the most current Security Pays guide for current promotions
