TRUST PURPOSE AND AIMS  Job creation in Atlantis  Attraction of FDI  Unlock economic opportunities  Market area to investors Direct Aims of Trust  Development of A.I.E.I.D Pension and Saving Fund  Raise capital  Distribute social & economic benefits to local community  Set up SMME incubator for local business

ACTIONS TO DATE  Set up legal structure of Trust  Made information available to Investors  Development of Partners:  City  Universities  Investors  Business Support

INVOLVEMENT OF CITY  Develop an MOU with the City  Establish organizational sharing agreement  Public Participation (community buy-in)  Sharing City resources in Atlantis (operationally address opportunities)  Access to land  Purchase agreements-fast track  Red Tape (EIA, zoning)  Skills Audit
